I was happy to find a phone for my mom who is affected with hearing loss. I was always afraid that she wouldn't hear the phone at night if we ever had to call her. Now with the Clarity phone she can hear and see when someone is calling and she doesn't have to put hearing aides in to talk on it. The only thing my mom didn't like was that it doesn't have a caller ID on it.
